At Wildflower Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom items.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and velvet pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
