We use high-quality 14k gold vermeil, sterling silver, and ethically sourced semi-precious gemstones. All our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free to ensure they are safe for sensitive skin.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and store in your Wildflower pouch when not in use.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every purchase is covered by a 12-month warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing due to improper care.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
